Woods Event Management (WEM) is a nationwide, independent, event planning and management firm, specializing in small, medium and large business events. WEM is led by Barbara Woods who brings more than 20 years of corporate event experience, including 13 years from Motorola. Her drive and attention to detail are what have made this minority-owned business so successful.

In addition to her business, Ms. Woods has also given back to the community, volunteering her time to the Northwest Suburban Alliance for Commerce and Industry (NSACI) and contributing financially to such organizations as WINGS, OMNI Youth Services, Ada S. McKinley Community Services and Children’s Memorial Hospital.
